A public name leaves a blank line blank
A public name does not invent a title for a screen that does not show one yet.
One public name has at most three lines: a screen title, a privacy-policy address, and a support address. A line with nothing on the screen stays blank. A blank line is not an omission. Writing a temporary title into it is the omission. This site has no confirmed app title, so the title line stays blank. The privacy policy and the field desk already exist, so those addresses can be written. This piece does not discuss how a review will decide, and it does not offer a way around review.
